Nguyễn Thanh Sơn
Chairman
Nguyen Thanh Son is a serial entrepreneur, lecturer, author and communications expert. He is an active coach for Google’s Partners Training program, most notably Sales Masterclass and CEO training program “Elevator”. As an investor, Son is actively engaged in communications, education and healthcare businesses. He is the founder of T&A Ogilvy, one of the top PR agencies in Vietnam; MVV Academy – Vietnam’s pioneer and leader in blendeding training; Blue Production – an indepedent film & media production company; Forinco – a cancer-focused clinic; Amigo – a pharmaceutical company and Sunny Vales – a leading digital marketing player. Son has founded and co-founded a total of 20 businesses. He is also a consultant and trainer in management, go-to-market strategy and marketing & communications for Vietnamese businesses. A Hanoi native, Son graduated with a Master in International Journalism from Moscow International Relations Institute. He is a USIS Business Fellow (Class of 2002) and a Rockefeller Fellow (Class 2005). In 2006, he received the prestigious Asia Leadership Fellow from Japanese Government and Japan Foundation (he is the youngest fellow in ALFP’s history). In 2012, Son founded Global Shapers Ho Chi Minh City Hub, a World Economic Forum community of bright young business and political leaders. He also serves as an advisor to the Regional Board of Advisors of the Asia-Pacific Media Alliance for Social Awareness - a media and advertising industry-led initiative for building public awareness on social development issues and achieving behaviour change. Son is Chairman and Special Advisor of MVV Group. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, he is one of the few who laid the bedrock for Vietnam’s communications industry – a respected figure who inspires generations of marketers and communicators.
Hoàng Chi Phương
Managing Director
During her 15 years of working in Vietnam’s marcom scene, Phuong has successfully led many projects for high-profile clients across industries, from global and Asian top-tier brands including Boeing, Singapore Tourism Board, Taiwan Excellence, Gamuda to Vietnam’s major players such as Vietnam Airlines, Vinhomes, EcoPark,...Phuong joined T&A Ogilvy in 2006 as Group Account Manager and quickly proved her abilities in the development of effective strategies, communication campaigns and connecting with clients. She was later appointed as Associate Business Development Manager for T&A Ogilvy. In 2009, she was promoted to oversee the overall operations of the firm, leading both business development and client servicing. Phuong has well-rounded experience in all aspects of branding and communications, including media relations, CSR, crisis management, corporate culture, marketing campaigns and business strategy development. Phuong graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with an honors degree in Advertising. Phuong officially became Managing Director of MVV SNP since 2015.

With core expertise as an event manager with an impressive track record over 15 years, Tuan Anh has extensive experiences working cross-function in creative production management and operations at MVV SNP. A highly detailed-oriented, thoughtful and dedicated person, Tuan Anh works with clients to handle the most challenging briefs that require both careful planning and flexible execution. Trần Hoài Thu

Prior to joining MVV SNP as Director of Client Services, Thu was Marketing Manager at Tan A Dai Thanh – one of Vietnam’s leading private conglomerates, overseeing all branding and marcom activities. A problem solver with an agile mind and a wide network of media contacts, Thu has successfully led many fast-paced IMC & PR projects for major corporations across industries, including Telecommunications (MobiFone), Banking & Finance (Techcombank, MBBank), E-commerce (Lazada). Thu’s expertise in Communications & Media, can-do attitude and dedication makes her the ideal person to oversee the most challenging marcom projects and work with clients to achieve their ambitious business goals.

With a unique blend of international exposure and experience in projects with Vietnam’s top-tier brands, Ha brings to the table a multi-faceted point of view informed by the latest consumer trends and developments in the ad world, offering well-rounded branding & marcom solutions that help clients achieve their ambitious growth objectives. Ha currently shuttles between Hanoi and New York as a branding & communications strategy consultant.
